Even fast food is starting to become too expensive for many people.

McDonald’s has a deal that reminds many of the good old days when fast food was more affordable.

$5 Meal Deal

McDonald’s $5 Meal Deal is only available for a limited time, so I advise everyone to take advantage of it while it lasts.

It consists of:

• Your choice of a McChicken or a McDouble
• 4-piece Chicken McNuggets
• Small Fries
• Small Soda

Note: Prices and participation may vary. McDouble Meal Deal $6 in some areas.

Getting all of that for five (or six) bucks is a great deal compared to anything else on the menu.

It’s also worth noting that the entire meal contains 990 calories (less if you drink diet soda). Finding a fast food meal under $6 and 1,000 calories is hard to do today.
