Moving to a new home takes a little planning to be sure everything goes over smoothly. And if you're lucky, volunteers will help you get it done faster. English Bulldog Lavelle recently relocated, and he knew exactly how to help Mom with the big move in a way only he can.

In a September 6, 2024 TikTok video shared by @lavelle_maslow , the helpful pup does his very best to unpack, and it's pure blissful chaos! Watch him below!

"I wrapped artwork like presents while moving, so it feels like Christmas...for both of us!" the video says.

The 33-second clip shows Lavelle doing what he does best—being adorable—to unwrap some of Mom's packed paintings to re-hang in the new digs. He seems to have a thing for tissue paper, jumping up for it, biting it, and thrashing it around the room. He's really having the time of his life, like always!

"Unpacking boxes with my Bulldog," the caption reads.

The pup's followers love getting updates showing what he's up to. He's a spunky, natural-born entertainer with a flair for the dramatics and that's exactly why people flock to his social media pages.

We can't say for sure how much Lavelle actually "helped" with unpacking, but by the end, he had such a good time playing with Mom, there's even a little tissue paper hanging from Lavelle's lip. Either way, he's one happy boy—especially when he gets to play tag with Mom in their brand new space!

English Bulldogs Love Playtime With Their People

Don't let an English Bulldog's laid-back—sometimes even lazy!—disposition fool you. They need regular exercise, movement, and play like any other dog, though their needs are dependent on their physical limitations. Because these short, stocky pups are considered a brachycephalic (short-nosed) breed, the amount of time they are active may come in short bursts.

PetMD suggests easy exercise like easy walking, tug-of-war, or 10-15-minute sessions of playtime to keep them from becoming overweight, a common issue for a calm dog like English Bulldogs . When walking, cool weather is best, and if it's too hot outside, consider doing indoor activities like fetch or a puzzle as they're not adept at being in hot climates and may develop breathing issues.

No matter how you play with your English Bulldog , they'll just be happy to spend time bonding with you.. And if you have a silly boy like Lavelle, playing with tissue paper will be plenty!
