DJ’s Snack Shack Bringing American Favorites to Lake County

DJ’s Snack Shack, a new food trailer, is in the final stages of preparation and is set to open in Lake County in just a few weeks. The mobile eatery, owned by Deborah Hartog, will serve a variety of meals throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hartog reported to Business Debut that the menu will feature classic American favorites such as hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, specialty hot dogs and their unique bubble waffle sundaes.

In addition to its regular offerings, DJ’s Snack Shack will be available for events and will frequently set up at Fiddler’s Green RV Park in Altoona.
