Upscale Seafood Restaurant Cast & Crew Opening in Daytona Beach

Cast & Crew, a new restaurant concept from Robert "Bob" Amick of Concentric Restaurants, is set to open on September 26th in the Renaissance by Marriott Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel at 640 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118, Amick reported to Business Debut.

The "tide to table" restaurant will feature a Dutch chef experienced in coastal cuisine, focusing on grilled, cold-water seafood primarily sourced from the northeast coast. Cast & Crew will be open seven nights a week and offer Saturday and Sunday brunch.

Highlights include a large outdoor bar overlooking the pool and ocean, live music like jazz and complimentary parking for diners. The restaurant is designed to be accessible to non-hotel guests, with a separate entrance making it feel like a freestanding establishment.

Amick, originally from New York but an Atlanta resident since age 12, brings extensive experience to this project, having developed over 60 restaurants in Atlanta and several in Winter Park and Lake Nona.
