That is fine with me as a retired teacher. Children under 12 really should not be reading such difficult material. I was in 6th grade before I learned about the Holocaust. It was extremely difficult even then. BTW, I lived in a mostly Jewish neighborhood just a block from a synagogue.

honestly it should still be available for middle school. they need to learn about events isn't that what school is for.
