Walking treadmills got a real bump in popularity throughout the pandemic, but even though we are mostly back to our gyms, workout groups, and outside activities, they are still an excellent way to get in some extra steps during the day. While many treadmills are designed just to be used for walking, this one works great for casual runners as well. It has speeds of 0.5 to 7.5 mph—or up to an 8-minute mile pace. It also has a folding design that allows you to store it away under a bed or couch when not in use—perfect for small spaces! It even has built-in wheels so it moves easily and won’t scratch up your floors.
