Young and the Restless Spoilers: Sharon Wants Daniel Dead, Faith Refuses Lucy's Friendship

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, September 11, tease that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) gets clarity on what she needs to do to get closure for Cassie Newman's (Camryn Grimes) death. Soaps Spoilers reports that Sharon had a dream that gave her the answer to her mental anguish.

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is growing more worried about Sharon. He suspects she isn't taking her bipolar medicine, so he asks Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) to sneak into her mom's house to check.

Mariah looks around Sharon's cabin for her meds. Sharon busts her, and Mariah comes up with an excuse for why she is in her empty house. Mariah says she stopped by to pick up a necklace from Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster). She retrieves the necklace and peeks into Sharon's medicine cabinet.

Later, Mariah updates Nick on Sharon's meds. She has medicine in her cabinet, and it appears she is taking them. Nick thanks her for helping. He's stumped on what is causing Sharon's mental decline.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Sharon naps after Mariah leaves. She dreams that she and Nick are married and that Cassie is alive. Cassie is a veterinarian and dating a minor-league baseball player. Nick and Cassie are surprised Sharon isn't ready for the memorial concert.

Sharon asked what concert they would attend, and they replied that it was at the Daniel Romalotti Memorial Pavilion. Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) named the pavilion after his son, who died in a car accident.

Sharon wakes up from her nap after Cassie and Nick disappear when she turns around. It dawns on Sharon that she's dreaming how life would be different if Cassie had stayed home that night and Daniel Romalotti, Jr (Michael Grazeidei) had died in the car crash.

She realizes how to make this right. Daniel has to die to avenge Cassie's death. That's the only thing that will take her pain away.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O'Briant) calls Faith to invite her over to talk. She Knows Soaps reports that Faith doesn't want to talk about anything, but Lucy begs, and Faith gives in.

When Faith arrives, Lucy complains about Shaorn's outburst at the coffee shop. She asks Faith to talk to her mom and get her to back off. Faith refuses.

Faith explains that her mother is right. They could have died in the car accident. She agrees with her mother about their friendship. It isn't a good idea. They are not the same age and have nothing in common.

Before leaving, Faith encourages Lucy to talk to a therapist about her drinking problem, making her promise to stay out of her parents' liquor cabinet.
