Joel Klatt Responds to Fox Sports' Big Announcement

Week 2 of the 2024 college football season is officially in the books, and it's safe to say that the biggest game of the week featured a pair of top 10 teams in Texas and Michigan facing off.

Of course, the game ended up being a dud, with the Longhorns rolling over the Wolverines by a score of 31-12, but it still drew in quite a few viewers.

In fact, according to Fox Sports, the game quickly became the most viewed matchup of the young college football season. When he caught wind of this news, Joel Klatt, who was one of Fox's broadcasters for this game, shared a quick four-word response on social media.

This past Saturday certainly was a good one for Fox Sports, as they had well over nine million fans tuning in to watch this game.

And with the Big Noon Kickoff crew headed out to Wisconsin for the Badgers upcoming game against Alabama, it's safe to say that there will be quite a few viewers watching this game too.

The 2024 college football season has kicked off with a bang for Fox Sports, and with Klatt continuing to work as one of their top commentators for games, it's safe to assume they will keep on producing massive viewership numbers throughout the year.
