Prosecutors recently unsealed the 37-page federal indictment filed on September 5 at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California .

The indictment charged Dallas Erin Humber and Matthew Robert Allison with leading the hate group —whose ideology has been described in the court documents as “centered on the belief that the white race is superior.”

It has been reported that the white supremacist group Terrorgram operates via a network of channels and individuals that promote “white supremacist accelerationism” on the social media app Telegram .

    The indictment explains:

“‘The Terrorgram Collective,’ commonly referred to as ‘Terrorgram’ a combination of the words ‘terrorism’ and ‘Telegram’ is a network of channels, group chats, and users on Telegram that promote white supremacist accelerationism: an ideology centered on the belief that the white race is superior; that society is irreparably corrupt and cannot be saved by political action; and that violence and terrorism is necessary to ignite a race war and ‘accelerate’ the collapse of the government and the rise of a white ethnostate.”

The indictment further stated that the group solicited “bias-motivated attacks against groups deemed by Terrorgram to be enemies of the white race.”

Furthermore, prosecutors alleged that Terrorgram solicited attacks on “ government infrastructure, such as government buildings and energy facilities, which Terrorgram believes will ignite a race war and help accelerate the collapse of government and society.”

Humber, a 34-year-old from Elk Grove, California, and Allison, a 37-year-old from Boise, Idaho , were placed under arrest on September 6 based on the allegations brought against them.

Officials have stated that the latter is scheduled to make his first court appearance on September 10.

According to reports, the two individuals face a total of 15 federal charges, including “three counts of soliciting the murder of a federal official, four counts of soliciting hate crimes, and one count of conspiring to provide material support for terrorists.”

The prosecutors have alleged that the duo joined Terrorgram in 2019 and took over the network in 2022 following the arrest of one of the previous leaders on terrorism-related charges.

As the new leaders of the network, Humber and Allison allegedly shared videos and publications called “The Hard Reset,” “White Terror,” and “The List.”

The last of the three is the hitlist mentioned in the indictment, which contained details of “high-value” targets marked for assassination—including their names, addresses, and photographs.

The indictment explains that these targets were individuals like politicians and government officials “whom Terrorgram sees as perpetuating an irredeemable society and whose murders Terrorgram believes would sow chaos and further accelerate the government’s downfall.”

It has been reported that some of the members of the Terrorgram network were “inspired” to carry out attacks and hate crimes across the world.

Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke commented that Terrorgram was the “new technological face of white supremacist violence.”

According to reports , Humber has pleaded not guilty to the charges during an arraignment on September 9 before a federal magistrate judge.
