According to Pro Football Rumors , The Los Angeles Rams are taking action to address significant issues on their offensive line. With injuries piling up, the team has decided to bring back veteran tackle Ty Nsekhe and add Geron Christian to their roster. Both players have experience primarily as tackles and were part of the Rams' roster in previous seasons.

Nsekhe, who is nearing his 39th birthday, previously played for the Rams during the 2022 season, starting eight games. Christian, who is turning 28, was with the team in 2018 and again last year with the Browns. He spent training camp with the Titans but did not make their final roster.

In addition to these signings, the Rams have also added rookie Dylan McMahon from the Eagles' practice squad. McMahon will need to stay on the active roster for at least three weeks due to the rules surrounding practice squad players.

The Rams are currently dealing with a depleted offensive line. They are without suspended left tackle Alaric Jackson and right tackle Rob Havenstein, who missed the last game due to an ankle injury. Steve Avila suffered an MCL sprain, which may require him to go on injured reserve, while Joe Noteboom also left the game with an injury. This situation has forced the team to rely heavily on backups.

With only Jonah Jackson available as a healthy starter, the Rams are looking to bolster their line with these new additions. Nsekhe and Christian will likely be integrated into practice to prepare for potential game action as the team navigates these challenges.
