According to FOX Sports , the Texas-Michigan matchup captured a viewing audience of 9.35 million. That marked the most-watched college football game of the season on any network and also the most watched telecast of the day on any network.

The Longhorns certainly put on a show for the massive audience. Steve Sarkisian's squad dominated the defending national champions 31-12.
