BUCKHORN – Do you recognize this man? State troopers say he’s racked up $1,500 on someone’s lost debit card.

State Police at Frackville said the purchases have been made at various locations in the Bloomsburg area — Lowes, Fog & Flame Craft Coffee, Salvation Army, Dollar General, Staples, CVS, and Sheetz.

Someone from Butler Township lost their debit card around 5am August 17 at the Sheetz location in Buckhorn and since then, $1,500 in purchases have been made at the above stores.

The suspect possibly has a Russian accent and was not wearing shoes in some stores. Troopers believe he traveled on foot to the stores.

Anyone with information is asked to please call PSP Frackville at (570) 874-5300 or PSP Tips Toll Free at 1-800-4PA-TIPS (8477) or online at https://www.p3tips.com/tipform.aspx?ID=107
