Caramel Apple Fudge: A Sweet and Tart Delight

Whenever we travel, we always end up in a candy store. One of my favorites is fudge vanilla. However, there are so many different types of fudge. I came across this rich and creamy fudge that is sweet like caramel, but tart like apples. It's almost like eating an apple dipped in caramel that you buy normally in October around Halloween. This caramel fudge recipe takes about 10 minutes to prepare 10 minutes to cook in about two hours or longer cool. This recipe should make about 16 pieces of caramel apple fudge.

    Ingredient:

2 cups of white chocolate chips

1 can of sweetened condensed milk ( 14 ounces)

1/2 cup of butter ( cubed)

    1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 cup of dried apple slices ( chopped)

    1/2 cup of caramel sauce

    Pinch of salt

    Ready to make?

First, you will want to line 8 x 8" baking dish with parchment paper. You will want to leave some overhang for easy removal from your dish.

In a medium sauce pan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter cook over low heat constantly you'll want this smooth and fully melted. Now you will remove this soft pan from the heat and stirring the vanilla extract and chopped apple slices.

Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.

Drizzled the caramel sauce over the fudge mixture, then use a knife to swirl the caramel into the fudge.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the top. Refrigerate for at least two hours or until it's set.

Once the fudge is firm lifted out of the pan using the parchment paper. Now cut into squares. Now it's time to enjoy! 😋

I hope you enjoy this easy caramel apple fudge recipe. If you do, I hope you will follow me for my future recipes and take a look at my past recipes. I appreciate your following. I hope you will come back and have a great day.
