Marc Guehi insists his England teammate Harry Kane can score 100 goals.

Kane celebrated his 100th cap by scoring his 67th and 68th international goals on Tuesday night as England beat Finland 2-0 in the Nations League .

The Bayern Munich striker said this week that he believes scoring a century of goals for England is “possible” , and he is now 32 goals away.

Only three men have scored more than 100 goals in the history of international football: Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and former Iran striker Ali Daei.

“It’s up to him”, Crystal Palace defender Guehi said of whether Kane can reach that tally.

“He’s someone who sets himself high targets. We’ve seen already in his career, he’s reached a lot of those. I wouldn’t say no. I’d probably be on the other side of that. He can, but it’s up to him.”

Asked whether Kane is the finest finisher he has trained with, Guehi said: “He’s up there, for sure. He’s definitely up there. He’s unbelievable. He’s worked on it [finishing] for so many years, perfected that.

“He is the epitome of hard work, humility, someone that has achieved so much in his career and is still doing that. He’s an inspiration for all of us here, [and] for so many young boys and girls watching. I can’t speak highly enough of him.”
