Mark Levin Reaches Out to Swifties By Denouncing Superstar as an ‘Imbecile’ After Harris Endorsement

Conservative commentator and Fox News host Mark Levin reached out to Swifties in an unusual way after Taylor Swift endorsed Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris on Tuesday night after Harris debated with her Republican counterpart, Donald Trump.

In a post on Instagram, Swift wrote that she would “be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election” because Harris “fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.”

“I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos. I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades,” she continued before signing off as a “Childless Cat Lady,” a reference to controversial comments made by Trump’s running mate, Senator JD Vance (R-OH).

Levin reacted to Swift’s endorsement of Harris on social media, leading off with “Taylor Swift, imbecile” before condemning her for having “just endorsed for president the most antisemitic, pro-Islamist, pro-criminal, anti-cop, anti-middle class & working people, open borders, anti-woman’s sports, anti-military, inflation-causing, job-destroying, pathological liar and extremist Marxist politician ever to run for president.”

Levin’s commentary followed Trump’s declaration on Fox & Friends that Swift would “probably pay a price” for endorsing Harris.

“You look at Biden, you couldn’t possibly endorse him. But she’s [Swift] a very liberal person. She seems to always endorse a Democrat. And she’ll probably pay a price for it at the, in the marketplace,” insisted Trump.
