Amanda Bynes hits vape in rare appearance on the streets of Los Angeles

Amanda Bynes was seen taking a stroll but was not alone.

The former actress was strolling the streets of Los Angeles with a yellow vape in hand. Amanda looked unbothered as she took a hit from her vape while wearing a back mid-length dress with black lace trim in the bottom. The dress also had a yellow ace of spades on the side.

She paired the look with her long black hair style half up and down as it was split on the side, light blue stiletto styled nails, a black purse that matched her black low cut Vans sneakers with black ankle length socks.

Amanda showed off her new set of nails on Instagram on August 29. She posted a reel showing off the new light blue nail set and captioned: "princess nails courtesy of @hollywoodbeautylounge." The former actress had been keeping her followers updated on her nail technician journey as she failed her test in April but admitted to wanting to try again to get better. She first talked about wanting to become a manicurist in October 2022 and informed her followers at the time that she was attending cosmetology school to study nail art.

She said: "Since I haven't passed the board exam yet to get my manicurist license, I started back at school to study manicurist theory and to practice doing acrylics before I take the test again so I'll be good to go when I get a job at a nail salon."

Just last month, Amanda was photographed on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles and showed off her freshly dyed black hair and black eyebrows to match in contrast to the lighter locks she had. She wore a grey t-shirt, beige shorts and a floral patterned black bag with her fingers adorned in long silver acrylics. The look was completed with black and white Vans as well as mid-calf socks.
