The guy's a jackass. I serve on my county's canvassing board and were not little tin gods. We are responsible for ensuring the total votes, repairing small precinct issues and giving the state a clean report. If one of us sees a real, illegal issue, it's only our job to report it, put it in the comment section of the report and send the county totals to the state. That's it.
