Yes the buyers and seller can now negotiate but the problem is buyers don’t have money when they are doing FHA to pay a fee for realtor. Appraisal has to come in higher to cover commission for those people. I mean I understand sellers they should of never had to pay for buyers commission. What will happen is a lot of buyers will just go directly to the sellers agent and buy the proper
