Will Chloe Troast return in SNL Season 50?

No, Chloe Troast will not be coming back for the upcoming Season 50 of Saturday Night Life.

According to an exclusive report by Deadline, Chloe Troast who joined the cast last season as a featured player, will be leaving. Soon after the news came out, Troast made an official statement about her departure on her Instagram.

The post made on Monday, September 9, read, “Unfortunately, I was not asked back to SNL this season. I wish I was going back to be with all the amazing friends I made there; it truly felt like home. But it wasn’t in the cards.”

Troast went on to express her gratitude despite being fired and penned, “I wanna thank everyone who supported me. Especially everyone who came to see my tour this summer wore costumes from characters and had such wonderful things to say. You mean everything to me.I hope I was able to spread joy and laughter — all love. Onwards and upwards.”

Besides Chloe Troast getting fired from Saturday Night Live, the show has also lost two beloved cast members, Punkie Johnson and Andrew Dismukes.
