Caltrans Celebrates Major Milestone in California Wine Country Roundabout Traffic Project

Napa County residents are invited to join Caltrans Bay Area-District 4 and the Napa Valley Transportation Authority in celebrating the progress of the Soscol Junction improvement project. The $54 million initiative, aimed at reducing congestion and improving traffic operations, has reached significant milestones at the busy intersection of State Route 29, State Route 221, and Soscol Ferry Road.

The project features newly constructed flyovers and roundabouts designed to improve traffic flow and enhance safety in southern Napa County. Caltrans looks forward to sharing the benefits these improvements will bring to local travel as the project nears completion.
