Background: Breaker’s Pub in Lawrence County, Penn. Inset: Nathan Fink (WFMJ).

A Pennsylvania man is behind bars after allegedly opening fire into a roadside bar and injuring multiple people and killing a mother of four.

Nathan Fink, 40, is charged with criminal homicide and more than a dozen combined counts of reckless endangerment and attempted criminal homicide. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Fink was “involved in a physical altercation with bar patrons” at Breaker’s Pub in Ellport Boro, some 40 miles northwest of Pittsburgh, at around 2 a.m. on Sept. 7.

Fink was escorted out of the bar and left in his car. But that wasn’t the end of it.

“A few moments later, Fink returned to the parking Breaker’s Pub and opened fire,” police said in a statement. Fink allegedly used a rifle and shot at the exterior of the bar, “striking multiple vehicles and penetrating the main entrance door striking victims inside the Pub.”

He then allegedly got back into his car and “continued to fire his weapon from his vehicle at multiple business and residences and fled traveling East along Portersville Road,” the police statement said.

Crystal Wawryznski, a 37-year-old mother of four, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her husband sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, police said.

Three others were also hit by the gunfire, one of whom was inside his apartment at the time, police said.

Local news website New Castle News reported that an argument between Fink and three other men escalated into a shoving match. One of the three men broke up the fight, and Fink left the bar at that point, although he reportedly left his wallet — containing his ID — behind.

One of the men involved in the fight recalled Fink saying that he was going to get his knife and that the people at the bar “didn’t know the kind of trouble he could bring to this place.”

When Fink returned, he is said to have fired dozens of shots at the bar. Police found two sets of 11 shell casings from two different weapons at the scene, local NBC affiliate WFMJ reported.

Fink was ultimately apprehended at his home on the afternoon of Sept. 7. He was arraigned on Sunday and denied bail.

Court records show that Fink has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Sept. 18.

A horrible marker from God that nightlife exploits at bars and other pursuits in lawless idolatries (1peter4:2-5) are wide open doors to the buffetings of satan, bringing death & misery even to others at home. Ppl should sober up from serving satan and being a enemy to God and their fellow beings before death overtakes anyone in a day you know not. Wo unto all those who die in their sins, for they shall return to God, and behold His face, and remain in their sins (2nephi9:38)
