    Incredible moment rock icon Jon Bon Jovi talks woman out of jumping off bridge in Nashville while filming music video

    JON Bon Jovi has been hailed a hero after he managed to convince a woman not to jump off a bridge on Tuesday night.

    The rock legend , who was filming a music video at the time, can be seen in police footage as an unidentified woman stands on the ledge of John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge in Nashville, Tennessee .

    The music video was open to the public, a rep for Bon Jovi told The U.S. Sun, and the star happened to be nearby when he spotted the woman in trouble.

    In the footage , Bon Jovi is seen approaching the woman with a friend and the pair begin talking to her.

    After a few minutes, the pair grab her and pull her back onto the bridge.

    Once back on the walkway, the rock legend embraces the woman.

    Nashville police thanked Bon Jovi on their official X account after his heroic act of kindness.

    “A shout out to @jonbonjovi & his team for helping a woman on the Seigenthaler Ped Bridge Tue night.

    “Bon Jovi helped persuade her to come off the ledge over the Cumberland River to safety.

    “It takes all of us to help keep each other safe, –Chief John Drake.”

    Multiple X users rushed to the footage posted by the police praising Bon Jovi for the good deed.

    “This moved me to tears. In a time of such division and hardship, I can truly feel the love in his actions,” said one user.

    “Well done, @jonbonjovi. A beautiful example of empathy and kindness,” they continued.

    A couple of other individuals commented saying that Bon Jovi did a great job and called the act of kindness “amazing.”

    The rock icon has helped many in need and runs the non-profit organization The Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation.

    JBJ Soul deals with people in crisis from hunger to homelessness among other issues.

    JBJ Soul has helped provide support for over 700 units of affordable and supportive housing in 11 states and Washington D.C., according to the organization’s website .

    Bon Jovi formed the band named after himself in 1983 and has sold 120 million records during his illustrious career.

    The rock star is known for hits including Livin’ On A Prayer, You Give Love A Bad Name, and Bad Medicine.

    Bon Jovi is slowly getting back to performing live after undergoing a rare surgery on his throat back in 2022, he told People magazine .

    He recently performed in Nashville and said “Everything was very good” afterward.

    Bon Jovi recently released his sixteenth studio album called Forever on June 7, 2024.

    A documentary called Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story was released on April 26, 2024.

    It offers fans a behind-the-scenes look at the lives of the Bon Jovi band members.

    he just opened his third restaurant for homeless people and people who can't afford much to eat and now he has an active kindness that's that of an Angel he is a good man with a good heart and soul thank you so much
