They’ve got a latte problems with you people, and now you’re going to hear about it .

A piping hot and bothered Starbucks barista stirred up something of a brew-ha-ha online recently, by roasting what they felt to be the most irksome habits common to patrons of the coffee chain.

“I’ve had such a sh–ty day and customers just love to make it so much harder,” t he worker frothed on Reddit .

The grande fracas began after they listed what they say are the three cardinal sins too many people commit when ordering.

Here’s how they say customers can be better — particularly when pulling into the drive-thru.

For starters, don’t suddenly decide to make last-minute additions to your order right as you pull up to the window, the worker says.

I’ve worked at Starbucks for 20 years — my trendy, quirky coffee shop has become a soulless fast food joint

“It’s so infuriating…when we could’ve had it ready for you if you ordered at the [voice] box,” the employee wrote. “Stop that s–t. It’s so f–ing annoying.”

Next, if you’re picking up a mobile order via the drive-thru, “say your name and not just ‘I have a mobile order.'”

“I have a million of them, who are you?”

The scorned employee listed buzzing past the drive-thru box as another faux pas.

“Stop, greet, say your name and pull up if the barista says [your order is] ready.”

Last but not least, the drive-thru is not an appropriate setting to reload money onto one’s Starbucks card.

“Be ready! Stop doing your make up, stop doing your hair, pause on the call, whatever it f–ing is just be ready so we can take your form of payment and you can go!”

“I know I’m missing more but geez if I keep typing I’ll actually cry in anger.”

In the past, other baristas have said customers who ask for their “usual” rather than naming the order are also considered annoying.

I see what they are saying. People complain about customer service, however customers are getting worse too.

You seem to be missing the point be ready to pay and pick up. Simple be prepared. I'm sure if your working at a busy shop it's annoying I can understand the frustration
