Raiders' Davante Adams: Ravens QB Lamar Jackson has a legendary trait

The Las Vegas Raiders have a tough test on Sunday, as the team will travel to Baltimore to take on the Ravens in Week 2.

The silver and black suffered a frustrating loss to the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 1. The offense struggled to sustain drives and the defense failed to contain the Chargers' rushing attack.

The Raiders' incompetent rush defense was a pivotal reason for their defeat last Sunday, with the unit surrendering 176 rushing yards, including 135 to JK Dobbins on just 10 carries. Though Las Vegas' front seven possesses the talent to fix these issues, things won't get any easier this weekend against the Ravens.

Baltimore's run game, led by Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry, provides a dynamic mix of speed and power. The speed aspect of the potent rushing attack comes from Jackson, who garnered some high praise from Raiders superstar wide receiver Davante Adams.

Adams admitted he found himself watching Jackson's tape recently when he wanted to focus on improving his ability to break tackles.

"Broken tackles was an area that I really wanted to focus on and push and make better," Adams said, per ESPN's Paul Gutierrez . "And I was literally finding myself watching Lamar Jackson highlights in my locker before the games.

"Dude changed the game. He was the best, in my opinion, best ball carrier ever. No matter what position you want to talk about, I don't think anybody's as big of a threat carrying the football."

Raiders defensive coordinator Patrick Graham has a ton of work to do this week, as he must prepare his defense to prevent explosive plays from Jackson and a versatile Ravens offense.

If Las Vegas continues to struggle in the run defense department on Sunday, it's going to be a long day at M&T Bank Stadium.
