Aaron Rodgers is one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history. For the New York Jets to have him on the roster is a sign that the team's prior struggles to find a good leader at the top position are gone.

Part of being a good leader is to make sure that the team doesn't get as high or low after a win or loss during the regular season.

After the team dropped a 32-19 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, few players are capable of putting forth the right mindset for the roster overall more than Rodgers.

"It is never as bad as you think it is and never, unfortunately, as good as it feels at times," Rodgers explained. "There is a lot of stuff to clean up, but I felt like after I said after the game, I thought the pass protection was good. I thought we were good on the checks, we just missed some stuff in the run game and missed a of couple throws, could have kept the drive going and a of couple penalties.

"I think at times, people think the season is like you're out in the prairie or the desert and you're wandering around trying to find water."

Rodgers is a unique leader with plenty of years of experience to help out the organization after a loss like this.

It's up to the rest of the team to figure the rest out and start winning games as well.
