This will mark the seventh location for the restaurant, which already boasts five locations across Nebraska and is expanding into Des Moines, Iowa, with three upcoming sites.

Combining a playful twist on classic diner dishes with inventive brunch cocktails, Early Bird Brunch has gained a loyal following since its debut in 2019. The West Omaha location will feature the same vibrant atmosphere and eclectic menu that has made it a local favorite. Guests can expect unique breakfast appetizers, trendy cocktails, and a friendly staff eager to deliver a memorable dining experience.
