Meghan Markle looked super stylish as she enjoyed a rare outing near her home in Montecito, California.

The Duchess of Sussex was spotted out and about in Summerland, California, as she visited the brand new bookstore Godmothers. The shop is co-owned by literary agent Jennifer Rudolph Walsh and cosmetics mogul Victoria Jackson.

Meghan visited the store ahead of its official opening and looked great as she browsed the shop. Her husband Prince Harry decided not to join her for the outing.

Meghan put on a fashionable display, wearing a straw sun hat and blue sweater. She added a gold Cartier Juste un Clou necklace and a pair of Ray-Ban aviators.

It was Meghan's $310 accessory which caught the most attention. In pictures obtained by People Magazine , the Duchess of Sussex was seen carrying around a leather matchbook keychain by British designer Anya Hindmarch.

The keychain had a very special message on it. "Take What You Need," it read as it featured uplifting words such as hugs, love, patience, and a smile.

Meghan made another visit to the bookstore over the weekend for its opening event. She addressed the crowd as she said: "It’s not just about the books, it's about holding space for people to feel seen—whether in laughter, grief, or simply feeling less alone."

Meghan was seen reuniting with her close friend Oprah Winfrey at the event. Godmothers features a "hometown heroes" shelf where Harry's memoir is showcased - despite his British roots.

Jennifer Rudolph Walsh explained the prominent placement of Harry's memoir as she said at the opening: "This is our local authors shelf when you first walk in. I want it to be when you first walk in so that authors who are local to the area know that this is their hometown bookstore. And we celebrate our hometown authors as if they were our hometown heroes, because to us they are."

Meghan's children's book The Bench was also on display. The Sussexes had also attended an intimate gathering at the store the day before, with the event for friends and family.
