Jon Bon Jovi Helps Distraught Woman 'Off The Ledge' of a Nashville Bridge

Jon Bon Jovi is a life saver, literally! Police have confirmed that a woman was in distress on the Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge, over the Cumberland River. They are crediting rock star Jon Bon Jovi with helping to convince the woman to come down off the ledge of the bridge in Nashville, Tennesse on Tuesday.

The New Jersey rocker was filming a music video at the time this event occured and didn't miss a step helping the woman out of what seems to be a distressful situation on the ledge of the bridge. Check out the surveillance video below that was released by authorities on Wednesday, September 12, 2024.

In the video above, ''A woman can be seen standing on the outside of the guardrail as people walk by in both directions. Bon Jovi and an acquaintance from his film crew are then seen approaching her. They speak with her for about a minute, seemingly comforting her. The pair are then able to grab the woman and pull her back over the bridge railing.''
