An earthquake shook Los Angeles Thursday morning, right in the middle of FS1’s morning show ‘The Facility.’

Cameras were rolling as analysts Emmanuel Acho , LeSean McCoy , Chase Daniel and James Jones were discussing NFL topics, before being interrupted by the Los Angeles earthquake.

As you can see, the panel clearly knew something wasn’t right as the Los Angeles earthquake started. However, James Jones didn’t seem to want to stop discussing Derek Carr , despite all the shaking.

“You know what we see when we turn the tape on of Derek Carr,” James Jones asked, as the cameras shook.

“Earthquake, earthquake, earthquake,” someone can be heard saying over Jones, who continued to talk. “Hold on James, there’s an earthquake.”

“A 5.0 earthquake, what y’all just witnessed in real time. That’s why the cameras are shaking,” Acho said. “The cameras are still shaking.”

Jones then continued his point as if nothing had happened.

“Derek Carr had the same situations that Baker Mayfield had,” Jones said. “And you know what we’ve seen with Derek Carr? A really good football player.”

More on the Los Angeles earthquake Thursday morning

Emmanuel Acho was close to right on what type of earthquake occurred in Los Angeles. According to NBC4 in LA, the earthquake centered in the Malibu area was initially deemed to be a magnitude of 5.1, before being downgraded to 4.7.

There were also reportedly several aftershocks that followed the initial earthquake.

According to NBC4, the earthquake occurred at 7:28 a.m. local time or 10:28 a.m. Eastern Time.

The good news is that the news station reported that there were no immediate reports of injuries or major damage.

There have been several earthquakes in recent weeks, per NBC4. They have all been relatively minor, though, which is obviously good news. Hopefully they will continue to be if there are more earthquakes moving forward.
