the law NEEDS to take stalking more seriously. there are so many cases of the police doing literally nothing as women are stalked until they're physically assaulted. this woman was nearly kidnapped. stalking is almost always a precursor to extreme violence or murder. it needs to be considered a serious threat to someone's life.
