Just when it seems like things cannot get worse, they do. Tony Buzbee , Deshaun Watson 's accuser's attorney, has admitted that he has "pertinent video" to share concerning the case.

Jane Doe filed a civil suit earlier in the week alleging sexual assault and battery against the Cleveland Browns quarterback. The incident occurred in October 2020 when Watson was a member of the Houston Texans.

Watson and Browns HC Kevin Stefanski indicated they were surprised by the latest suit.  Watson's attorney Rusty Hardin said that Watson strongly denies the allegations.

Meanwhile, Buzbee, who represented many of the other women who sued Watson in the massage therapy suits, says that his client will speak with the NFL.  He also said "pertinent video" exists and that Watson knew about this woman and her case.  Buzbee said he tried to settle the case privately for 10 months.

The definition of "pertinent video" means is yet to be determined.  None of the previous cases had video evidence.  They were he-said-she-said cases.  Buzbee also said he has two additional witnesses .

The NFL and the Browns have not issued any punishment to Watson.  The NFL is conducting its own investigation, and the Browns are waiting on that and due process in the courts with the lawsuit.

The distraction has been considerable.  It is Week 2, and not much football has been discussed in Cleveland amid this bombshell.
