Jenna Bush Hager Embarrasses Hoda Kotb On ‘Today’ By Offering Lenny Kravitz Her Number: “Are You Looking For Love?”

Hoda Kotb was subjected to endless teasing during Thursday’s Today broadcast as Jenna Bush Hager made it her mission to set her up with Lenny Kravitz , who was visiting to perform music from his new album Blue Electric Light .

The co-hosts briefly interviewed Kravitz on the Today Plaza in New York City when Bush Hager turned their attention to Kotb’s leather pants.

“Hoda doesn’t always wear her leather, but…,” she began saying, until Kravitz cut her off to tease Kotb as well.

“She thinks she’s slick. I heard her last night. I heard the door open I was trying to get a nap in and I heard the door open –,” he began saying.

“Wait, excuse me!” Bush Hager responded as Kotb laughed along.

“And the light turned on in the closet and I was missing some pants this morning!” he finished. “I clocked you.”

Kotb explained through her laughter, “I snuck in and stole his pants is what he’s saying.” She and Kravitz shared a laugh together over the bit.

Bush Hager, seemingly sensing some chemistry between her co-host and the rockstar, then shamelessly asked Kravitz a question that appeared to stump him: “Listen, I know you’re in a new chapter. Are you looking for love?”

Kravitz paused in his answer before replying, “That’s an interesting question. I mean, always. Love is all there is.”

“Well, I know of an electric lady if you want her number,” Bush Hager responded. “She’s right here.”

Kotb attempted to cut her co-host off before she could embarrass her any further. “Okay, anyway!” she interjected.

Bush Hager has long been teasing Kotb about the rockstar, ever since Gayle King asked him in a viral interview on CBS, “Do you have a significant other in your life? And can I beat her ass if she is?”

Kotb and Bush Hager shared a laugh over the interview on a June episode of Today but Kotb admitted, “Here’s the thing, you’d really have to go at a cage match with Gayle King to get [him].”

But Bush Hager could see Kotb and Kravitz living happily ever after – in matching leather pants, too.

“I could see y’all going to a gym, you’d be wearing workout clothes, he’d be wearing leather, and just going after it,” she told Kotb.
