Lakai Hits the Great Northwest: Watch Their Most Recent Summer Mission in 'Cold Dip'

The always-ripping Lakai crew recently embarked on what can only be described as a classic summer mission to the Great Northwest and came back with an edit for us all to enjoy. Throw a classic Hendrix track on top of it, and it's smooth sailing from start to finish.

Watch as Simon Bannerot, Tyler Pacheco, Griffin Gass, Greg Dehart, James Capps, and Vincent Alvarez casually crush spot after spot, and have some serious fun in the meantime in "Cold Dip."

From the streets to empty pools to beautiful lakes to dip into along the way, this crew took full advantage of the generous weather and epic scenery that the PNW provided. It was a productive trip. It was a fun trip. It was a trip for the books. Boom!

Let's talk takeaways—for one, I loved all the empty pools they skated. It was a nice contrast to all the other spots. But as far as favorite clips...James Capps' backside flip on that loading dock bump was a thing of beauty. The way it was edited to that part of the song was perfect, too. I know you weren't watching it with me, but I let out a little, " Damnnnn " without even trying.
