The Los Angeles Chargers are unbeaten after one week under new head coach Jim Harbaugh. Led by quarterback Justin Herbert, the Chargers got a gritty Week 1 victory over the rival Las Vegas Raiders.

Before the matchup, Herbert shared a pregame speech during the team's huddle. His passion and emotion are clearly becoming a bigger part of his game and leadership. Jim Harbaugh is certainly proud to see that.

“Take care of business up front, we're all behind you guys. Defense, fly around and f*** s*** up. Hey, as a team we do this s***. Let's go.”

-- Herbert before Week 1 game

Herbert's new head coach also made sure to instill some confidence in his QB before the Raiders game. One viral sideline clip shows a fiery interaction between Herbert and Harbaugh.

While a bit awkward in length, Harbaugh was definitely excited to get his quarterback ready to go to battle on the gridiron. Fans will love to see it.

"I just wasn't ready for it. I thought it was a moment to like, "Hey, let's go get this.' Dap up. But he hit me a couple times, and I thought that was it. And then he kept going back for more. I'll be much better the next time."

-- Herbert on the interaction with Harbaugh

There's no doubt that it is a bit of an adjustment for Herbert. He's often been looked at as a quieter sort of leader. He's driven in trying to fire up his teammates, but he's had a reserved sort of energy about himself.

Now, it feels like the outward passion of Harbaugh is definitely becoming a bigger part of Herbert's leadership tactics.

The Chargers will look to improve to 2-0 in Week 2.
