I have adhd combined and my brain feels total relaxation, clarity and reset when I go on trails or hit the beach for a sunrise. I can’t describe the feeling, all thoughts come to a stop, all overwhelming feelings go away.

Ok, so I am really not trying to be a dick right now, but I have severe ADHD, as well as manic bi-polar, and most likely several other metal health disorders that I have yet to be diagnosed with. I have had all of my life I am now 38 and will be 39 on December 18th. I live in Delaware. And was surrounded by woods. I also played sports like soccer ⚽, T-ball upon up ⚾, basketball 🏀, tennis 🎾, played football 🏈 and skateboarding 🛹, and played a lot of video games. However, I don't think that those things can lower the risk of having ADHD.. maybe the only thing is giving the child more ways to release their energy that is way more heightened than peers of their own age. just thought that hearing my experience, and thoughts about this topic.. and having the disorder myself maybe somewhat helpful. I do however respect, and appreciate, all of the care, time, and effort, that goes into trying to help, understand, and maybe even one day cure this disorder. Thank you...
