In the very popular Dynasty mode in College Football 25 recruiting is key, but there are many things the player needs to know before mastering Dynasty mode. Similar to Road to Glory where you need to upgrade your player abilities, in Dynasty mode you need to upgrade your coach and archetypes. The player can start as an Offensive or Defensive coordinator or as a Head Coach, being able to play through 30 seasons and enter the coaching carousel.

As with Dynasty mode in NCAA 14, recruiting is the most important aspect. The player can recruit throughout the season with in-depth actions to help lure recruits to your school, with the ability to scout the recruit as well. There are 5 actions to choose from to pitch to a recruit, of course, you can offer a scholarship, DM the recruit and search his social media, contact the family and friends of the recruit, and "Send the House" which sends every resource available.

Once a recruit has narrowed it down to 5 teams the player can now pitch between 2 different options, the hard sell and the soft sell based on what motivates the recruit to come to the school. A visit can be scheduled after a recruit narrows it down to 3 teams, the player can choose between 14 different activities for the recruit to do during the visit. In offseason recruiting you have 4 weeks to get the rest of your recruits to commit.

Features such as custom conferences and schedules are vital to creating a Dynasty, with the new playoff format strength of schedule and conference placement can make the difference. Something to focus on is the transfer portal, NIL deals have changed the game and if your team is not performing up to its standards players will find a new school.

Coaching a football team is not easy, just like in real life if you are not able to improve your team the program can fire you. Scheduling a recruit to a game in which your team loses will dissuade the recruit from committing, it is important to keep track of recruits as you will have to cut players before the end of the season.

Fans of Dynasty mode should be excited about just how much detail is in the game mode, the only complaint is that it's only playable for 30 seasons.
