this is nothing more than a ploy to keep it off the ballot. our so called representatives do not want Nebraskans to be free and be able to decide what they want themselves. the people of Nebraska want it to be voted on, the laws say it needs voted on yet our own representatives seem to think they will not like the outcome so they lie, cheat, and block the people's freedom. for or against it should go to a vote and be done like this is America and not some third world dictator nation hilgers and pillen run.
