So they can’t or won’t do the proper PMS and carry the required parts and maintenance materials. And they claim personal are not trained to to the maintenance. The ship should not be getting underway for the above reasons. The Secretary of the Navy and the Flag officers should be ashamed of themselves for this travesty. Our fleets cannot operate this way. In my 22 years of service, I never heard of such disgraceful operations. WTF has the Biden - Harris regime done to our Navy?
