Justin Timberlake arrived in court in the Hamptons early Friday where he’s expected to accept a plea deal allowing him to dodge drunk driving charges.

Timberlake, 43, was spotted arriving at the Sag Harbor Village Justice Court on Friday where he is scheduled to appear before Justice Carl Irace to accept a dropped-down charge that’s just a traffic violation.

Such “impaired” driving is not a drunk driving offense and Timberlake will likely have to pay a monetary fine of $300 to $500 fine and a 90-day license suspension, for the offense.

TMZ first reported the plea deal.

Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney told Page Six on Thursday that the pop star is not getting special treatment, insisting that a similar plea deal “happens in a number of cases.”

“But we certainly don’t want to treat people worse for the same reason. So we’re taking pains to make sure that we’re treating this case like any other case of its kind,” he said.

It will be the second time Timberlake has appeared in court since facing DWI charges.

The “Sexy Back” singer was arrested in Sag Harbor in June and refused to take a breathalyzer after blowing through a stop sign near the American Hotel, it previously emerged.

Timberlake claimed he had just “one martini” with friends, although police said he failed a series of field sobriety tests, displayed many signs of intoxication, and was sporting “bloodshot and glassy” eyes during his arrest.

He allegedly showed signs of poor balance and an inability to follow instructions, according to the police report.

During the June arrest, authorities also found Timberlake in possession of a pricey wristwatch, a vape pen, and over $300 in cash.

The NSYNC alum pleaded not guilty in a virtual court appearance in August, where Justice Carl Irace also suspended Timberlake’s driver’s license .

Timberlake and his attorney, Edward Burke Jr., have repeatedly denied that he was drunk at the time of his arrest during court appearances in August, where Timberlake did not appear due to his World tour duties.

The incident sparked a slew of memes across social media as the young cop who pulled Timberlake over allegedly did not recognize the pop star.

Fans who attended Timberlake’s concerts shortly after his arrest also defended the pop star’s reputation, telling the popstar “We forgive you!” at his last NYC show in June.

Burke’s office told The Post that the lawyer was “not able to make a comment at this time” about the potential deal at today’s hearing.
