Dua Lipa is set to become the latest superstar to perform at Anfield after Liverpool confirmed she will take in the iconic ground as part of her tour.

The ‘One Kiss’ star will bring her Radical Optimism tour to Merseyside on June 24, 2025, having announced 44 new dates across the world for next year. Tickets for the Anfield show are set to go on sale on September 20 at 10am.

Dua Lipa follows in the footsteps of Taylor Swift, who brought here record-breaking Eras tour to Anfield for three nights during the summer. Among the big names in attendance were former Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp , who declared himself a ‘Swiftie’ after being seen with his wife on the first night.

Dua Lipa has become something of a favorite among Liverpool fans over the years, following her performance at the 2018 Champions League final when the Reds faced Real Madrid in Kyiv. Although Liverpool would go on to lose the game, supporters adopted ‘One Kiss’ as an unofficial club song.

The song has since been a regular fixture at Anfield on matchdays, with both players and fans singing it after their recent trophy successes. Some of Liverpool’s stars were heard singing it in the dressing room after winning the Carabao Cup back in February.

And Dua Lipa has taken the Reds and the city to heart, declaring herself an “honorary Liverpool supporter”. Speaking to Wired in 2020, she said: "I love Liverpool, it’s always got a special place in my heart."

The 29-year-old was also presented with a Liverpool shirt by Reds legend Jamie Carragher after a gig in the city in 2022, having labeled ‘One Kiss’ as the club’s ‘unofficial anthem’ during her show at the M&S Bank Arena. Concerts have proven to be a major source of revenue for Liverpool in recent years . Anfield has also hosted the likes of Take That, Bon Jovi, The Rolling Stones and Elton John since 2019.

Former Liverpool chief executive Peter Moore explained the importance of hosting events like Dua Lipa and Taylor Swift’s shows to the club when speaking to the Financial Times in 2018: "Non-football events are massive," Moore said. "What do those events do? They fund football. "If you are not a £500m football team you are not going to win anything."
