    Ingredients You Will Need

To create this delicious Bread Dipping Oil, gather the following ingredients:

    • 1/3 cup of high-quality olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze or reduction
    • 2 tablespoons of chili crunch oil
    • 2 tablespoons freshly ground parmesan cheese
    • Few good quality olives, whole or chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Your choice of bread

How to Prepare the Bread Dipping Oil

    1. Place the chili crunch and olive oil onto your serving plate. Lightly mix together with a fork or spoon.
    2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze or reduction.
    3. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
    4. Add in the olives and serve with your favorite bread.
    5. You can sprinkle fresh herbs such as parsley or basil on top for garnish if you prefer, but we don't think it needs it.

This little appetizer is a great way to start the dinner party, it has a perfect combination of sweet, savory, tangy and slightly spicy flavors.

Enjoy your homemade Bread Dipping Oil with any bread. It is wonderful with crusty Italian bread, a French Baguette or our favorite Trader Joe's Olive Fougasse.
