B&B Is Casting for a New Actress!

With Luna now headed to prison for multiple murders and a kidnapping, The Bold & The Beautiful is in need of a new ingenue, and that’s just what they’re looking for now!

TV Insider is reporting that multiple sources say the soap is looking to cast an actress in the contract role of Brittany (names on casting calls are often just placeholders). The character is in the 18-20 year range and described as a “leading lady… any mixed ethnicity, fashionable, poised, beautiful, confident, playful, energetic, and assertive.”

B&B’s most recent younger leading lady was Lisa Yamada, who debuted in the Sept. 13, 2023, episode as Luna Nozawa . Initially positioned as a love interest for legacy character R.J. Forrester , played by Joshua Hoffman, Luna’s storyline got more complicated when she slept with Delon de Metz’s Zende Forrester . But then everything got turned on its head when it was revealed that Luna was actually a sociopathic villain who faked a DNA test, killed Tom and Hollis and kidnapped Steffy in order to get the life she felt she deserved! (And framing her mother for the murders, to boot!)

With Luna out of the picture (for now… maybe she’ll pull a Sheila Carter and escape for revenge?), that leaves R.J. and Zende sadly single. And when this new character is introduced, they wouldn’t be the only ones vying for her attention because Katie and BIll’s son Will Spencer , now played by Crew Morrow, is older and can throw his hat into the ring as well!
