Gastroparesis is a disclosed side effect. From what I've read, it is not reversible. Whenever you take a medication, you need to weigh the benefits along with its side effects.I personally would not take a GLP-1 for weight loss.

I took the first 4 low doses and it was tolerable but when I upped the dose that's when I started having severe nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite and the stomach pain was debilitating, I seriously thought I was going to die. I lost 22 lbs. I haven't taken it since May but I still have the side effects. They try to sày that's not what's causing it, but I know better,I never felt like this before I took Ozempic..I took it for Type 2 Diabetes and d it didn't help with that, but it destroyed my stomach!!
