When I was coming up the police use to speak to us all,stop and talk, laugh with us. Not all of them but a few.

these other 2 cops male and female cops, don't have to be so rude and ugly to the young man. He's just trying to make them laugh and it's not even serious. They wonder why so many people dislike the police.
