I live in a small town . Taxes were more affordable as well as rents and mortgages but over the years it has gone up as high as a neighboring city that has more to offer then this small town. it would be nice if everything was lowered where you could afford to just work one job instead of a full time and part time but I don't think I will ever see that happen
