The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, September 16, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) worries about Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). He's tried to call her several times, but she sends calls to voicemail.
Soaps Spoilers reports that Nick asks Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) if they have talked to their mom. Neither has, and they are worried about her.
Mariah shared that Sharon's doctor's office called to reschedule her appointment. Sharon missed her appointment. This update concerns Nick. He is growing more concerned that his ex-wife is not taking her meds.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Heather Stevens (Val Bloom) wants to move out of Genoa City. She fears that they will never find a job in this town. Daniel Romalotti, Jr (Michael Grazeidei) disagrees. He doesn't want to teach Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O'Briant) that it is okay to run from problems.
Heather calls Lucy down to ask her how she would feel about moving. Lucy blows up. She doesn't want to move again. She thinks her parents need to let her work out her problems. Daniel agrees.
When Lucy leaves the room, Heather expresses her disappointment in Daniel. She wanted him to back her up, but he didn't. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Daniel thinks they are sending the wrong message to Lucy if they move. Heather threw Daniel's running away when their marriage hit tough times in his face. Daniel leaves to get fresh air and cool down.
She Knows Soaps reports that Cole Howard (J Eddie Peck) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) bask in their afterglow. They go to the GCAC dining room, looking for dinner. Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) spots them kissing and holding hands. She smiles as she tells Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) about her parents reconnecting.
Victoria strolls across the room to say hi to her daughter. Claire invites her parents to join her and Kyle. They agree. Victoria notices the connection between Claire and Kyle and seems concerned. She doesn't want her daughter to get hurt.
Kyle leaves early to put Harrison to bed. Once he is alone, he thinks about Claire's kiss and smiles. He's clearly smitten with the nanny.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Sharon arrives to get coffee at Crimson Lights. Esther Valentine (Kate Linder) recommends herbal tea to help soothe her nerves. Sharon argues she wanted coffee, asking Esther if she badgers customers about what they order.
Sharon realizes she was rude and apologizes. She accepts the herbal tea idea. Esther says it is a great choice and will bring it to her when ready. Sharon sits on the patio as Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) pushes her to take action against Daniel.
Y&R spoilers say that Esther brings Sharon hot tea. Sharon blows up at her. She was talking to Cameron but plays it off as she's having a bad day. Esther understands.
When Esther leaves the patio, Sharon sees Daniel ordering a drink. Cameron tells her to play this situation cool because it will ruin their plans if she doesn't.
Sharon approaches Daniel, asking him to join her on the patio. He refuses, saying it isn't a good idea. Sharon begs him, saying she just wants to clear the air with him.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick calls the coffee house. He asks Esther if she has seen Sharon. She says she's on the patio. Nick asks Esther to keep her there. She will try, but Sharon is agitated and aggressive.
