The Las Vegas Raiders have some of the best chemistry you will see. It's much better now under head coach Antonio Pierce than it was under Josh McDaniels, and that's just a fact, as we have heard countless players talk about it. Every player respects one another, and it's a brotherhood, that will just make the winning even more sweet when it comes.

To improve the chemistry and kind of get things going, getting to know the rookies and getting them to break the ice, the Raiders make the rookie dance at practice. We have already seen rookie sixth-round pick running back Dylan Laube do a dance that had the whole team going wild , and on Friday, as the Raiders prep for the Baltimore Ravens in an attempt to bounce back from a loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, the rookies were dancing.

Well, one rookie in particular was. DJ Glaze, the third-round pick from Maryland, had his chance to show off his moves, and the team wasn't as impressed with his dancing as they were with Laube last week.

The Raiders' decision to draft Glaze was met with mixed reactions due to his draft position being higher than some analysts' projections. However, his selection was driven by the team's need for offensive line depth and potential starters, especially after the departure of key players.

Since joining the Raiders, Glaze has been making strides in adapting to the professional level. His rookie camp and subsequent training sessions have shown a player keen on learning, with comments from coaches and teammates highlighting his calm demeanor under pressure and his willingness to improve.

Despite being thrust into significant reps due to injuries during training camp, Glaze has managed to hold his own against seasoned defensive linemen, indicating a promising adjustment to the NFL's physicality and speed.

His dance moves, well, the team thinks they can improve. In all seriousness though, Glaze has a bright future ahead of him, and establishing this chemistry with the vets will only help him when it's his time to step in and play.
