I have never gotten a hundred dollar bill from an ATM just twenties and somtimes tens.

When you use an ATM, take a bill pen and check the cash on video before leaving the ATM. Also, take a bill pen with you inside the Bank when you are receiving cash back. Banks are the best place to pass fake cash, the police never blame banks for passing fake cash plus once you leave the bank or ATM with the fake cash you can never prove it came from either of the two.
