Who doesn't love a delicious pizza paired with cold beer, good company, and some sports?</p><p>You can own your own pizza place that's been doing really well since 1970 in a town in Eastern Iowa. The only problem you might run into is paying for it. I'm not saying this place isn't worth that price but I don't know a lot of people in this town with that kind of money.</p><p>The good news is that this pizza place in Clinton isn't closing. What pizza place am I talking about and how much are they selling it for? Hold onto your socks.</p><h2>Vitale's In Clinton Is For Sale</h2><figure><img src="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?type=thumbnail_580x000&amp;url=1rMaUo_0vWYo9q000" alt="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=1rMaUo_0vWYo9q000" width="1458" height="825" ><figcaption>Google View</figcaption></figure><p>Since 1970, Vitale's (1134 Camanche Ave.) in Clinton has been serving up their famous stuffed pizza to people from all over. Nunzio Vitale was the founder and <a href="https://www.clintonherald.com/news/vitales-family-plays-crucial-role-in-success/article_d99ed038-350e-11e4-bc0c-0019bb2963f4.html">in 1993 sold it</a> to James and Lou Dell Bartlett and Kevin and Becky Krontz.</p><p>Becky's son Christopher is running the family business and Vitale's has never waivered from the delicious food and great atmosphere it has always produced.</p><p>Recently, a <a href="https://www.facebook.com/daniellindrealtor/posts/pfbid0JxXMTV2RcV1TLEj35JfGEi75VTyCTUxYnp7XSzEbS3EbfjfCXMCuQQWWBHDjMcAQl">social media post</a> from a real estate agent in the area went locally viral because it was a post of Vitale's listed for sale. Broker and owner of Lind Realty, Daniel Lind, says in his post that the turn-key and very well-known business is up for grabs.</p><p>The price tag on Vitale's is what shocked everyone on social media. The asking price: $6 million.</p><p>I'm not knocking the fantastic business at all. But man, my breath was taken away when I saw that price tag and my heart started to hurt thinking that Vitale's would be closing for good.</p><p>But I have some great news -- Vitale's isn't closing. In a comment on one of Vitale's social media posts, the business said this:</p><p>That's wonderful news!
