Prince Harry to receive phone call from estranged royals on 40th birthday — but not William

Prince Harry is set to receive a phone call from the royal family on his 40th birthday today, palace sources tell The Post.
The Duke of Sussex is entering his 40s in sunny Montecito, Calif., surrounded by his wife Meghan Markle and their two children.
And although he’s 5,459 miles away from home soil, it appears the father of two will likely receive a birthday call from members of the Windsor clan later.
“Harry will hear from his family,” a palace source exclusively tells The Post. “It’s very likely that Charles and Kate will likely phone Harry to wish him well on his birthday.”
However, the source adds that Harry will likely not be hearing from his estranged brother and future king Prince William — who paid him no mind when they both attended their uncle’s funeral in the UK last month.
The insider, who knows both brothers personally, says the Prince of Wales, 42, most likely won’t reach out to Harry “given everything that has gone on.”
Harry will receive a massive payout as he enters his 40s thanks to arrangements made by his late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother .
The late Queen Elizabeth II’s mother put $90 million into a trust fund for her family and listed that Harry was to access his share of the trust when he turned 40 as one of the fund’s stipulations .
Unlike his estranged brother , who received a ceremonial bell concert at Westminster Abbey on the milestone birthday, Harry is reportedly set to receive a whopping $8.5 million from his share — which is more than William received on his 40th birthday.
It was reported that William and his wife, Princess Catherine, were “disgusted” at Harry’s share of the inheritance.
Sources close to the Prince and Princess of Wales told Closer last month that the pair feel the duke is not deserving of the income.
Still, Grant Harrold — who worked as King Charles’ personal butler for seven years — believes that a royal reunion is on the cards within the next year or so.
“I firmly believe that things will improve over time because time is a healer,” Harrold told The Post. “How long will that take? Who knows, but I’d like to think in a year or so we’ll see them come together and be in each other’s company.”
“I’ve no doubt one day, we’ll see the four of them, Harry, William, Kate and Meghan, laughing and being how they used to be — the fab four as they were called. Anything is possible,” he added.
